1 General Provisions

881x ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino platform providing services for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to our website https://881x.cam and any related mobile or digital services.

It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before using any service on 881x. Once you create an account or begin using the platform, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is the original document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. If the meaning of any clause is unclear, the interpretation of the 881x authority will be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the 881x platform, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. We strictly prohibit gaming by minors.
  • You must be a real, living individual — not a corporate entity or organisation.
  • You are using the platform voluntarily and with full mental capacity.
  • You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited by law.
  • Your account has never previously been closed or suspended by 881x.

For the purpose of age verification, 881x may request identity documents or related paperwork at any time. Account activity may be restricted until document verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may create only one account on the 881x platform. Creating multiple accounts through the same person, device or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. If any information changes, the support team must be notified as soon as possible.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

881x reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request. If the required documents are not provided on time, the withdrawal may be delayed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

881x complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 881x has the right to verify suspicious transactions and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each player may claim the benefit of each promotion only once.
  • Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • Bonus wagering will only be counted on designated games.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Once a bonus expires, it will no longer be usable.

5.3 VIP Program

The 881x VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level. 881x reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

All bonus and promotion offers are entirely at the discretion of 881x. 881x reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus. Maximum bet limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

For a bet to be valid, it must be successfully confirmed by the platform. 881x reserves the right to cancel a bet in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed. If there is insufficient balance in the account, the bet will be automatically rejected.

6.2 Result Determination

Game results are determined based on a random number generator (RNG) or the official result of a live event. Displayed results will be considered final. Any complaint regarding a game or bet must be submitted within 72 hours of the result being published.

6.3 System Errors

If a game or transaction is interrupted due to a software or hardware fault, 881x reserves the right to refund the bet where applicable. Winnings obtained by taking advantage of a fault may be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 881x platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Artificial betting (arbitrage betting) for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements
  • Using any software or bot to operate games
  • Unauthorised access to the platform's systems or attempts to hack
  • Fraud or creating an account under a false identity
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing
  • Collusion or coordination with other players
  • Exploiting technical errors

In the event of any of the above violations, 881x reserves the right to hand over the relevant information to law enforcement agencies.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

10.2 Termination by 881x

881x may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these Terms
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity
  • Failure to complete KYC verification
  • Account being inactive for an extended period
  • Legal or regulatory instruction

11 Limitation of Liability

The 881x platform provides services on an "as is" basis. 881x is not liable for the following:

  • Game losses due to internet disconnection
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
  • Service unavailability during unplanned system maintenance
  • Any indirect loss or mental distress arising from gaming

In any case, the total liability of 881x will be limited to the amount used in the relevant transaction.
